Only full-priced purchases may be reimbursed; sale and promotional items, unless faulty, cannot be reimbursed.
If you want to exchange, please return the item and notify firstname.lastname@example.org. When they receive your returned item, they will provide you with a credit note for the amount of your returned item, and you will be able to put a new order on the website. Items that are defective or damaged will be restored at their expense.
During the packing process, each order is subjected to stringent quality inspections. If you have received a damaged or damaged product, please drop us an email at email@example.com with the order number and name, and they will review your case.
