Many people use their pillows and duvets for years, some even for life. This attitude is not right, An average pillow has a lifespan of about 5 years. After that, you should really get a new one – even if you wash it regularly.
2. Air out the pillow
After getting up, don't just shake the pillow but lay it on the ledge with the window open and air it out. This not only applies to the pillow, but also to your duvet! Make this a habit and your skin will thank you.
3. Choose the right filling
