Can I change or cancel my order?
MandM Direct cannot add or delete items from your purchase after payment is complete. You have 14 working days from the day you receive your order to cancel the contract for your purchase. If you need to cancel your purchase, please get in touch with customer service. Please have your order number ready to speed up the process. If the purchase was sent to you before the cancellation, you are legally obliged to keep the goods in your possession and take care of them appropriately. As a consumer, you always have legal rights if a product is defective or not as advertised. The right of return mentioned above does not influence these statutory rights. Your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trade Standards Agency can provide legal advice.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
If you received the correct amount of products and one of them was not what you purchased, please notify MandM Direct within 48 hours of what you should have received instead. Next, you'll need to use your return form to return the wrong item and indicate whether you received the correct item or would like a refund. Once they receive these, they will send you the correct item or process your refund.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
If you are missing an item from your purchase, please notify MandM Direct within 48 hours. You have the option to have the missing item shipped to you separately or receive a refund. Whenever possible, a lost item will be delivered using the express delivery service. As part of their ongoing fraud protection efforts, they may send you a letter or email that you must sign before your lost item is shipped.
How long will it take to process my refund?
It can take up to 7 working days to receive a return. MandM Direct strives to process all returns within 7 working days of receipt. When this is complete, and the refund has been made, you will be notified by email. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.
What happens if my returns are not delivered?
This is very rare. You should therefore keep your receipt as proof that you have returned your goods to MandM Direct. As they cannot be held responsible for lost goods, you will need your receipt to file a complaint with the courier for your missing package.
